This past Sunday we hosted our very first Spring brunch for my family!! We are traditionally a Sunday dinner family but the weather was gorgeous so we decided to change things up! We had my parents and my brother and his wife along with their kids for a delicious brunch spread and mimosa’s courtesy of ALDI. Before I left for Dallas I attended an amazing brunch with the ALDI team and local influencers at the Little Owl Townhouse. Everything was beautiful and delicious and I attempted to recreate the look (and taste!) at home for my family.
I served a fresh mixed berry salad (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries & blackberries), an arugula salad with Appleton Farms Prosciutto and fresh mozzarella, Chocolate Croissants, and Bake House Creations Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits.
We also got to try their pre-mixed mimosas and O.MY.WORD, so good!! They just released pineapple and orange pre-mixed mimosas which take the guess work out of how much OJ to add, and the flavor is unbeatable. Bottles are $8.99 and available 4/3now (the pineapple is available for a limited time). The kids enjoyed Nature’s Nectar Orange Juice.
Their pineapple mimosa was SO delicious and the perfect springtime cocktail for this brunch. It comes pre-mixed with fresh pineapple juice and dry white wine. Such an easy to serve yet really tasty drink to serve to your adult guests!!
I got all the ingredients for this delicious spread at ALDI. In case you are not familiar with this store, ALDI aims to bring customers amazing products at low prices.
