My Favorite Strapless Bras

You guys, my boobs look like they have gone through two world wars at this point and when it comes to bra shopping, I need to be ON MY GAME to get good results. Yesterday I received an email from a friend asking what I do to keep my girls in check when I wear off the shoulder looks so I figured I would address this question in a blog post in case there are more of you out there interested in the topic.

I’ve always had large boobs for my size, I wear a size 25 or 0, and sport a 34D cup size so I’m always trying to hide their “largeness” with the right tops and bras. Luckily, after having breastfed two kids (not even for a long amount of time, about 6 weeks for both) <you can read more about that here> they’ve actually gone down in size but are now as flat as pancakes and the worst, saggy 🙁 SO I need all the help I can get and I’ve rounded up my favorite strapless bras that work with all the cute off the shoulder tops out there.

Okay so in order of appearance, first up we’ve got the Red Carpet Ready Strapless Bra, it has rubber on the inside to prevent slips and does a pretty good job at lifting. I have had to readjust this one but I don’t know if that’s even preventable at all at this point.

The Celeste is pretty but I wouldn’t recommend this bra for D-cups. My friend with B’s loves it.

I LOVE the Nordstrom Seamless Bandeau Bras. They are simple, cheap, and they stay up. They don’t give you any shape but they’re perfect for looser tank tops that might otherwise show your bra and I wear them with my ruffle off the shoulder dresses.

This bra is awesome for staying up and giving shape, hence the name “molded bra”

The bustier is THE BEST but it can get really hot in there so I really only wear these when I need to. I wore this under my wedding dress and it works really nicely with other strapless dresses.

I hope this helps and sorry for all my “boob” talk, hopefully there aren’t too many men reading this…
