When we travel to Florida, one of my very first stops is at this little place called 3 Natives which serves up amazing cold pressed juices and acai bowls. The bowls are literally SO good I could eat one every single day. We don’t really have anything like that around here (unless I’m missing something??) so I’ve tried to create my own version at home.
SO here is how I make them:
- 1 packet of unsweetened sambazon acai frozen pureé (most grocery stores carry this in the freezer section)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of almond milk / soy milk / regular milk << whichever you usually use
Blend this up in a blender or Nutribullet
Then top with a little fresh fruit, shaved unsweetened coconut and your favorite granola, and if you’re feeling crazy, a little drizzle of honey on top!
