My All Clad Review

Calling all busy home chefs who have no time to cook, I’m so excited to share my All Clad review and to introduce a brand new appliance with AllClad that has been saving me so much time with prepping, cooking and cleaning up after our meals, the AllClad Prep&Cook. I didn’t believe that there could be an appliance that could literally do all of the steps involved in cooking dinner, but the Prep&Cook (like it’s name) really does it all. It chops, sautés, mixes, simmers, kneads, etc…all in one bowl. It has 6 automatic programs including sauce, soup, summer, steam, pastry and dessert. With all of its different functionalities, it can replace the stand-mixer, food processor, steamer, etc…I wish this was around when I was registering for my wedding, and for the past three years when things really started to get busy in the kitchen with kids!

I put it to the test with my favorite rosemary-lemon chicken dish, and it did it all, so well. My favorite part was that I didn’t have to clean a million pots, HUGE!

To give you an example of what this cooking food processor can do, I’m going to share this recipe and how I made it using the Prep&Cook.

Ingredients:

1 small yellow onion, pealed

3 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 lemon, quartered

1.5 – 2 lbs. of  boneless chicken thighs

3 yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1.5 inch cubes/wedges

salt+pepper

sprigs of fresh rosemary, to taste

Directions:

Add the onion and 3 cloves of garlic to the bowl fitted with the ultra blade knife. Mince at speed 11 for 10 seconds.

Replace the ultra blade knife with the mixer, add the olive oil and launch the P1 simmer program at 270 degrees for 5 minutes, the onion and garlic will be perfectly translucent, ready for the rest of the ingredients

Add potatoes, chicken thighs, a quartered lemon, salt and pepper, and fresh sprigs of rosemary in the bowl and launch the P2 setting at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

Our favorite Sunday dish was SO good, and SO much easier than all of the steps I usually take, with only one bowl to clean ??

The product just launched and is currently available online for $999.95 at SurLaTable.com and Amazon.com. Although it may sound high, when you think of all the gadgets it can replace, it’s worth it! Definitely put this appliance on your radar, tell your hubby it would make your world for Mother’s Day, and tell all your brides-to-be!
