We had quite the Indian Summer here on the east coast but it’s finally feeling like fall with a chill in the air, leaves on the ground and boots on my feet! Y’all likely know I’m much more of a beach girl than a winter snow bunny, but with two active toddlers who LOVE to play outside, I can’t really avoid the cold. This year I decided to be proactive and make sure we have the proper footwear so they can spend tons of time jumping in leaves, building snow people 🙂 and just general winter fun outside!! My number one priority was to find them a boot that would keep their feet warm as that’s always the first thing to get cold for me. I was really excited when I got the opportunity to work with Kamik and Zappos to style the kids and myself with some very cozy, comfortable and even better – good looking footwear!!
We received our boots in the mail recently and decided to test them out while carving pumpkins in the yard. Guys – I kid you NOT, Brian and Grace loved them so much they wore them in the house for the rest of the day! I was also extremely happy with my pair! I felt so warm and comfortable in them, I actually may be looking forward to our first snow!!
I paired my Kamik Sienna Boots with this Chambray dress I’ve been wearing on repeat lately and can easily see transitioning them to winter wear with a pair of jeans and an oversized sweater and my favorite wool coat. These boots run true to size and all of the footwear I link in this post ships for free from Zappos! How awesome is that!? Grace was not in the best of moods this day so you will notice her face is only in one picture…..

Not pictured are the cozy cabin shoes Brian and Grace also picked out which are great for everyday wear!
There’s a smile from my girl 🙂
PS I totally look pregnant in some of these pics but I promise I’m not!! I have a little tummy and sometimes when I hold Grace it just pops out 😜
