Back in the Saddle :: Working Out

I’m SOOOOO happy to finally be working out again. It’s been a long couple of months without any physical activity, other than the non-stop movement I do with my kids from day-to-day. I work out with Brad of Bradley Fitness and I’ve committed to 6 months, two times/week. He comes to my house while Brian is at school and we somehow keep Grace entertained while we’re working out, even if she sits on me during hip-raises, more weight right? 🙂 

I’m also REALLY excited because I’m going to incorporate our workouts on the blog through video tutorials that I’ll frequently be posting to my youtube channel so make sure you’re subscribed! I’ll post to my insta-stories on work out days too! So, like every other motivated gal who wants to work out, what’s usually the first step?? NEW GEAR! I’ve compiled a bunch of my favorites here, and girls, these leggings are life, boy do they keep it in!! I LOVE them so much. The whole “athleisure” thing really works for me because it’s comfortable and I usually just stay in what I worked out in all day making sure people stay far away from me.
