I tried this recipe the other day from Joy the Baker and the cookies came out SOOOO good! The only changes I made were using maple syrup instead of molasses because I didn’t have that on hand, and omitting the walnuts. If you’re looking for a last minute cookie to make, give these a try!! Also, you’ll notice the cookies look different here. I’m the worst baker on the planet and I thought I had omitted 1 stick of butter from the recipe, so in the middle of the first batch baking – I melted a stick of butter and added it to the remaining batter.
