I had the distinct pleasure of previewing the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 yesterday at The Westchester and can’t tell you how many amazing finds there are to be had. Ohh My Goodness, DIE. I wanted to call each of you on the phone and be like, “guys you need this, no, this! no, that!!”. Just so you know, for the past week, I’ve been scouring the line sheets and have been fine-tuning my picks and tried EVERYTHING on to pick out the very best of the sale. SO if you like my taste, shop my picks as a starting point 🙂
I’m starting with what I think are the “must-haves”, the things if you’re going to shop limited, you should get. The discount is too great to pass up, and come fall, you’ll be wishing you snagged these items now.
The Burberry Pencham Coat | Okay, so when I saw this coat on the hanger which was like under lock & key I thought it was way to pretentious for me. Honestly, I’m not trying to prove anything by wearing a Burberry coat, HOWEVER, it is beautiful in person and I kind of fell in love with it. It really is special and if you have the budget for a staple quilted coat, this is it.
Kate Spade Tassel Sneaker | Need I say more? Tassel + Sneaker in one?? Never seen before, yes please!
Dash & Albert Geo Print Rug | I’ve had this rug in my office since we moved in and I’ve never gotten more questions or compliments on anything in our home!! It’s so pretty, made from 100% real wool, and super soft. I love this rug, it added all the warmth to the space and transformed it from a cold uninviting space into one my kids don’t want to leave! *I will warn you it does shed in the beginning but after a few vacuum cleanings, you’re good to go. That is normal for natural wool rugs, I’ll take that over VOC’s 🙂
Madewell Military Coat | This is AMAZE. Military coats are so versatile, I wore an oldie from Target for the longest time, but am so happy to upgrade to this stunner for the season. It’s under $100 and you’ll wear it every.single.day.
Barbour Quilted Vest | Sorry to bombard you with all the fall outerwear BUT these are sophisticated staples at such a major discount I would be doing a disservice not to mention. Another one, like the Burberry, that I was like, too preppy for me, nope. Until I tried it on. GORG. ‘
These AG skinny ankle jeans are the only pair of jeans you’ll need all season. On trend, perfect fit, versatile, and on major discount. The AG jeans from the last Nordy’s sale were one my best sellers all year.
These Vince Camuto Karinta booties are SO pretty. They are just so flattering on the leg and foot, and have a really pretty interlocking detail – LOVE. I also love these new Hunter Boots!
