Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 | WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 is quickly approaching and it is hands down the best sale of the year. All of the latest fall and winter trends, many of which will not be released until the sale starts, will be on major sale for a brief window before going back up to full price, so it’s a great time to get your hands on essentials that will take you through the year. Unlike other sales that are usually liquidating past season’s inventory, the Anniversary Sale is special and probably the biggest sale of the year among retailers because it is all newly released items.

The lowdown: 

The sale starts July 21st and runs through August 6th. If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder however you can shop early access which begins this Thursday, July 13th. If you don’t have a Nordstrom card, you can apply for one here, and if you’re approved you’ll be shopping early access with all of us! It is one of the fastest selling sales so if you’ve got that card, use it because items will be going. The easiest way in my opinion to shop the sale is early and online. I personally can’t deal with shopping sales in person (people can be so nasty!) and with nordstrom’s quick shipping and easy return policy, online is the way to go. Also, if you live near a Nordstrom, you can shop online and pick up all your items packaged and ready-to-go. Some stores even offer curb-side pick up!

Here is how I’ll be helping you:

On Thursday morning, as soon as you wake up, I’ll have a list of all the staples I think are worth investing in right here on the blog. I’ll have separate sections (clothes, shoes, kids, outerwear) with links for easy shopping, and will be following up throughout the sale to let you know what’s still in stock, as well as my personal reviews of the pieces. I’ll be doing lots of live try-on sessions on my instagram account so you can see the pieces on me and then judge whether or not you want them.
