Toddler Boy Bedroom Decor | Brians’ Bedroom Upgrade Part II

Connecticut Life & Style blogger, Liz Joy, shares toddler boy bedroom decor inspiration.

If you are looking for ideas or inspo for toddler boy bedroom decor, this post is for you!  Last week I shared a post about Brian’s toddler boy bedroom decor refresh.  I got a few questions asking where specific items in his room were from that I did not get from Walmart so I wanted to share those details in a little part II post.  I went with a beachy boy theme with lots of blue tones, earthy textures, a few sea creatures and other fun shore decor!

Under each picture below I will link the featured items so you can easily get the look!

One of my favorite items is his duvet cover.  The exact one is unfortunately no longer available, but I LOVE this one which is very similar and also this one which is a more affordable option. I love that it has a nautical feel with the navy stripes and think it’s a mature look so will be with him for some time.  He LOVES to be cozy so this is one of his favorite things in his room.  Oh yea and the fish my brother so kindly got him – thanks brother!  The great thing about toddler boy bedroom decor, or really any toddler’s room, is you can pick a theme they really enjoy but find more mature pieces that will match feel of your home.  There’s nothing worse then spending money on characters or trends they will love and then change their mind about a few months later.

BEDDING

Bed Frame | Great reviews and currently on sale!

Duvet Cover (exact one no longer available but linked similar above) | I really do love this one and think it compliments the wall color nicely.

Down Comforter | Very plush, perfect for snuggling!

Throw Blanket | Love this and it comes in two other colors.

Throw Pillows | Danielle Oakey Shop has THE BEST pillow collection 🙂 and this one from Etsy is similar to the blue throw pillow pictured (from the same shop).

WALL ART

Wild & Free Sign | The exact one I got is sold out (from Urban Outfitters) but the one I linked is similar.  There’s also this one that is almost the same (free font is slightly different).

Shark Head | I thought this was so fun and such a kid friendly way to display decor on the wall.  There are a number of different animal options to choose from so you can find something to match your theme if it’s not beachy like ours.

Surfer Art | I thought this was a cool print to have which gives the room a slightly more mature decor.

Whale Print | Another really cute nod to the nautical theme as well.

DECOR

Photo Display Unit

Baskets (linking similar) | Great way to hide the things that drive me nuts when they are just out and about on the floor (toy cars, sticker books, etc.).

Carpet | I got the same carpet for both Brian and Grace’s room.  It’s SO good!  Such a nice look but very durable.

Teepee (similar)

Dresser, lamp and tent details can be found in last week’s post here.
