I am really excited about my new Fall pieces that just came in and wanted to share a little outfit inspo with you all to help you get the look as well!  These two everyday looks are perfect for Fall and include my current fav items for this season.

  1. Bag – I have been on the hunt for a bag and SO happy about this one!  It’s a great quality leather for a good price point.  I love that it’s a tote, so you can fit all you need in it without the bulk of an actual tote shaped bag.
  2. Necklace 1 – Gorjana never fails me when it comes to beautiful everyday jewelry.  This gorgeous crescent necklace is adjustable and perfect for layering.
  3. Necklace 2 – Another great Gorjana piece that is a bit bigger in shape than the first necklace but also adjustable.
  4. Cardigan – This is a great go-to cardigan for Fall.  I love the color and tortoise detail on the buttons and the length is perfect!  I am 5’2 for reference.
  5. Tank – This tank is currently $10!!  I have been wearing this on repeat since I got it.  Such a good layering piece to have in your wardrobe.
  6. Jeans 1 – These amazing jeans are on sale for only $70!!  Limited sizes available so linking a similar pair here.
  7. Sweater – A great way to wear white after Labor Day is a classic sweater like this.  It does have an open stitch so you will have to wear a cami under (see #8 for my fav nude option).  It’s currently on sale for an extra 50% off!
  8. Cami –  A serious must-have in your closet is a great quality nude cami.  I wear this often under shirts that are thin or have eyelet/open stitch details like this sweater.
  9. Jeans 2 – I LOVE these jeans and keep looking for when they re-stock so I can share with you!  There aren’t too many in stock right now so linking a similar pair here.
  10. Mules – My favorite item from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale this year.  I think these are a great shoe for transitioning from summer to fall and there are a few color options available right now.

We’re currently in Phase 1 of our Costa Rican ad We’re currently in Phase 1 of our Costa Rican adventure. This is the two week decompression period where we train our bodies and minds to slow down (this is more for me than anyone else), and let me tell you, I’m lapping it up.  We’re spending all day outside at the beach, going to bed early, eating lots of fresh fruit and healthy foods, swimming in the ocean, I’m working out and meditating in the mornings, and having fun together. For someone who is usually always in high gear, this part is my gift to myself 🐚 

We are staying at a beautiful place in papagayo with @exclusiveresorts and it feels very luxurious and restorative. 

The kids are already thriving. Being together 24/7 comes with its arguments and fights but they are learning how to just be with each other and with their crazy little brother. They’re helping a lot with him, learning a little Spanish, surfing, writing in their journals, and meeting kids from all over the world who are staying here as well. 

I’m letting us get pampered for this phase, and it feels really good.

Recently, I downloaded the Melissa Wood health app Recently, I downloaded the Melissa Wood health app @melissawoodtepperberg @melissawoodhealth and so far I’m loving the workouts. I try and do one every morning. They’re super quick so sometimes I do two. I like that they are gentle but hard. They incorporate a lots of yoga, pilates, breathing, stretching, balancing and all that good stuff. You can see from the videos I’m pretty shaky in the first couple clips, that balance is tough but I’m building up my strength, I can feel it 💪🏻
