Hey gals! Sweet baby William is here and we are over the moon. While this is our third babe and I wouldn’t say I’m new to the baby game, we are new to the scene when it comes to baby gear. It’s been close to 5 years years since we have had a newborn and yeesh, things have changed! Navigating the baby market can be totally overwhelming and exhausting, so I thought it would be helpful for all you new moms and moms to be to have some insight into the things that we have been using and loving so far with Baby Will! Also, the goal with Will was so be MINIMAL, there is so much that doesn’t get used which I’ve learned from the prior two so this list is the real deal.
I plan on updating this regularly, but so far, this is our current master list for newborn baby must haves. I also included some mommy must haves too.

These bottles have been the BEST! They are SO easy to clean, I love the soft silicone bottom, and William goes from the breast to the bottle so easily. Highly recommend these if you’re bottle-feeding!

Snuggle Me Baby Lounger
The sleeping genie, this is A MUST. It snuggles a newborn PERFECTLY and we have been using it religiously since Day 1. He falls asleep in seconds when we put him in here, and even used it as a co-sleeper before putting him in the Snoo. It gets so much use, can’t recommend it enough.

Ollie Swaddle
We love these swaddles! They are the best at keeping him snug as a bug at night and work perfectly when he’s nestled into the Snuggle Me. I feel like between the Ollie, the Snuggle Me, and the Snoo, you’ve hit the magic sleep jackpot.
SNOO
The SNOO has been a GAME CHANGER. It took a couple of nights for William to get used to it but now he loves it. We put the Snuggle Me Organic inside it and the gentle rotation keeps this kid sleeping for HOURS. He’ll most likely grow out of the Snuggle Me in there soon, but until then, he is as snug as a bug and with the Owlet monitor, I feel safe.

We’ve been hanging out in the wrap, he’s so snuggly in there and after you do it a couple times, you get the hang of it. The material is also SO SOFT, and Solly makes the best baby clothes, too!
Owlet Smart Sock 2 & Cam Bundle
This might be my favorite purchase for William. It gives me SO much peace of mind during the nights and I swear it helps me sleep better. Both Brian and I have it on our phones and the heart and lung monitoring is so reassuring. It took a couple tries to get the sock right because he was so tiny, but we found if we put a sock over it, it stays in place.

We’ve been loving our UPPAbaby Mesa car sear and stroller. Since we’re not really running errands these days (#quarantinelife), this has been perfect because we usually just take take long strolls in the bassinet. The kids are normally biking with their dad way ahead and I’m trailing behind slowly with Will. He always snoozes in there and looks SO cute laying down in it with a blanket 🙂
