I had a whole week of blog posts planned for you but time, people, time, there just aren’t enough hours in the day! Plus my kids are demanding as hell right now, the minute I sit at the computer there is a disaster that breaks out with someone crying.
I wanted to share this video of my workouts — I skipped the warm up but this is the gist of what we did yesterday. It’s sooo good you guys, I feel it all over my body today! And I’m still working on my video technique, stay with me, I’ll get better!
