COFFEE TABLE BOOKS THAT ARE WORTH IT

Recently, I decided to up my coffee table book game. Honestly, I think the last time I purchased a coffee table book was…never. I’ve acquired books as gifts and used all of my Art History books from college to fill in the spaces in our home. There have been a few pretty covers that I’ve seen over and over again in my instagram feeds and on the blogs that I read so I dipped into my work budget (we all need a little inspiration, right?!) and headed over to Amazon and started adding to my cart.  I ordered 4 and they came separately over the course of a few days so everyday was a new treat to come home to!

I’ve read through each of them, sporadically when the time allows, and I’m really enjoying them. The beauty of coffee table books is you can pick them up and read snippets when you have the time, perfect for nights when hubby wants to watch sports 🙂

Emily Henderson’s Styled is an awesome take on how to arrange your spaces and turn them from drab to fab. She talks bookshelves, desks, gallery walls, small spaces, dining areas, the whole nine.

Garance Doré’s Love x Style x Love is a modern woman’s guide on everything from how to dress, the importance of laughing at yourself, how to write a thank you note, and of course, relationships.

Kate Spade’s All in Good Taste is similar to Garance Doré’s book but it’s a little more buttoned up in taste. It’s everything from how to set a table, rules on instagramming at the table, how to arrange your living room, again the whole nine.

Beaches is Gray Malin’s new book with photographs of the prettiest aerial beachscapes you’ve ever seen. His art is super expensive so this is a great way to incorporate his style into your home at a tiny fraction of the price.

There you have it, now go TREAT YO’ SELF (and everyone sitting at your couch!)
